Buying a licence, buying exclusivity and buying a business are three different things. Launchstock never mixes them up — the badge on every card tells you exactly which one you're looking at.

For managed launches we follow a buyer-owned-accounts model: your domain registrar, hosting, database and payment accounts stay in your name — the seller gets temporary access to set up, and you revoke it after handover.

Verified sellers

Sellers verify their identity before their listings can carry the “Verified seller” badge. Badges are derived from real account data — sellers can never assign trust markers to themselves. Sellers with rising refund rates or unresolved reports are restricted.

Demo checks

Demos are reviewed before activation and health-checked after. Every demo carries an honest type label — a video walkthrough is never presented as a working product. Broken or misleading demos are taken offline until fixed.

Locked-in terms

When you buy, the exact product version, licence terms, refund policy and support terms are snapshotted into your purchase. A seller updating their listing later can never change what you bought.

Refunds & disputes

If a product doesn't match its listing or demo, you can request a refund. Sellers respond first; unresolved cases escalate to Launchstock admins who make the final call — and repeated demo-mismatch offenders are removed.

Valid grounds for a refund

Refund requests are assessed against the policy snapshotted at purchase. These are the recognised grounds:

  • Product not as described
  • Demo differed from delivered product
  • Broken files
  • Seller did not provide access
  • Duplicate purchase
  • Technical incompatibility
  • Misleading listing
  • Other

What you can report

Every listing has a “Report this listing” control. Reports go straight to the admin team and every one is reviewed.
