Preparing for launch…
A 13-week rolling cashflow spreadsheet that shows best, base and worst case every Monday — with traffic-light warnings weeks before trouble arrives.

Your bank balance tells you about today. This sheet tells you about week six — while there's still time to do something about it. The Cashflow Command Centre is a 13-week rolling forecast: you enter money in and money out in the weeks the cash actually moves, and the sheet runs your quarter three times. Best case assumes every expected invoice lands. Base case applies your real collection rate (shipped at 85%, tunable with evidence). Worst case models a slow quarter at 50%. Costs never change between scenarios — the doubt lives where it actually lives, in when customers pay. Every week gets a traffic light that deliberately reads the worst case: GREEN means clear, AMBER means a slow quarter breaches your cash buffer that week, RED means a slow quarter takes you below zero. The Monday Summary distils it to three numbers — weeks of worst-case runway, weeks until the buffer is breached, and one overall light. The included ritual guide turns updating it into a 10-minute Monday habit, and the scenario playbooks tell you exactly what to do with an AMBER (pull money forward, push costs back — in cost order) and a RED (the early-conversations playbook). You get it two ways: a ready-built Excel workbook with every formula live and the traffic lights wired — open it and go — plus a CSV template and a row-by-row formulas guide for the Google Sheets path, with a checksum test against the included worked example so you know your import calculates correctly. The worked example is a realistic $42k service studio with an amber quarter: trace how one slow-collections assumption turns a comfortable-looking quarter into a week-6 warning. The live demo runs the sheet's exact formulas on that worked example — drag the collection rates and the opening balance and watch the flags change. What you're testing is the actual logic you're buying. This is a planning tool, not accounting software or financial advice: it doesn't touch your bank feed, and for tax timing and decisions with real stakes, your accountant stays the authority.
- cashflow-command-centre.xlsx — the ready-built workbook: all formulas live, conditional-formatting traffic lights, blank forecast tab + filled worked-example tab (verified in Excel) - 13-week-forecast.csv — the same template for the Google Sheets import path - sample-forecast.csv — the worked example as CSV, for checking a Sheets import - formulas-guide.md — row-by-row formula reference, traffic-light formatting recipes, named ranges, repair kit, locale notes - weekly-ritual.md — the timed 10-minute Monday routine, plus the monthly honesty check - scenario-planning.md — what the three collection rates mean, how to tune them with evidence, and the AMBER and RED playbooks - README-setup.md — the map: 2-minute Excel start or 10-minute Sheets import
- Bank feeds or automation — you type your numbers in; that 10-minute friction is what keeps the forecast honest - Accounting features (invoicing, GST returns, payroll) — this is a forward-looking planning sheet, not books - Financial advice — the sheet organises your numbers; decisions with real stakes belong with your accountant - Excel or a Google account (either works; the free Google Sheets tier is plenty)
- Excel (2016 or later, or Microsoft 365), LibreOffice, or a free Google account - Your last bank statement and 10 honest minutes - No macros, no add-ons, no plugins — plain formulas only
1. Open cashflow-command-centre.xlsx and read the Worked Example tab first — a realistic small business with an amber quarter. 2. On the 13-Week Forecast tab, fill the yellow Settings cells: opening bank balance, next Monday's date, your low-cash buffer. 3. Enter what you know into MONEY IN and MONEY OUT — full invoice amounts, in the week the cash moves. 4. Read row 37 and the Monday Summary: that's your next 13 weeks in three colours. 5. Google Sheets instead? Import 13-week-forecast.csv and follow formulas-guide.md — it includes a checksum test so you know your copy calculates right. 6. Book the recurring Monday slot and run weekly-ritual.md. The sheet only works as a habit.
Single-business commercial licence. Use the Cashflow Command Centre to run one business, adapt and extend it freely for that business (rename rows, add weeks, restyle). You may not resell, redistribute or re-list the files, the formulas guide or derivatives of them as a template or product, whether paid or free. Each business needs its own licence.
14-day refund if the product is materially not as described in this listing or its demo. The demo runs the sheet's exact formulas — stress-test it before you buy. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. Open a refund request from your Launchstock library and we will respond within 2 business days. An approved refund ends your licence to the product — you must delete all copies of the files and stop using them.
Email support (hello@ledgerandline.com) for 3 months from purchase, replies within one business day. Covers setup, the Google Sheets import, and formula fixes on unmodified sheets. If you have restructured the sheet we will still take a look, but fixes are best-effort.
